Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a shop. Jordan and his team are the standard for customer service, knowledge, and work. My car was in and out ahead of schedule. I had side windows (35%) & rear (20%) tint done on my Z and the results speak for themselves. 10/10 would recommend!

Where do I start lol, I will start off with Kevin Patels customer service was more than a 5 star. I had a lot of questions about the 8 year ceramic coating and he answered every question and also showed me how to apply the ceramic boost to my ceramic coating. The guys did a major paint correction on my car before applying the PPF to my four doors and had a black PPF to my side skirts. I had a major scrape on my drivers side PPF and Yuhp no problem they took care of it. Totally satisfied with the work done and the gloss to my black TRD is insane and I totally love it. I would truly recommend automotive elegance, especially for PPF and ceramic coatings.
Today I had my Nissan Ariya tinted at Automotive Elegance. I must say, I had plenty of vehicles tinted in the past mostly at two other places, this is the first time at Automotive Elegance, and I could always find slight imperfections at the other places. Nothing worth really complaining about but they were there. But this time they came out perfectly. I so far have not found a single flaw. I would highly recommend Automotive Elegance if your looking to have your windows tinted. You won't regret it. Glad I came here.
I had my 2004 GTO tinted here almost 2 weeks ago and it came out fantastic with with the Xpel Prime XR Plus tint. It really helps block out the heat and the uniform tint job all around looks sharp.

Kevin has always treated me terrifically as he does all of his customers. I promised them that they'd earned my business for life. I've kept my promise. They did not only my 2016 S63 coupe, but also my 2021 Escalade, and very soon, my 2023 Polaris Slingshot R Will be getting a custom paint job with Kandy paint and shortly thereafter it will get a full wrap at Automotive Elegance. It's certainly not an investment but it will hold a high value for years to come and as stunning as it looks it certainly deserves some paint protection to help keep it looking spectacular. After doing a lot of internet research and talking with several area Car Detailers I decided to work with Kevin Patel at Automotive Elegance in Andover, MA. Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient, customer-oriented, and accommodating. When I told Kevin I needed to make plans with a friend to pick me up when I drop off my Audi, he said no worries I've included a loaner car at no extra cost, a new Acura Integra in Apex Blue in a full Stealth wrap to boot. I was impressed with the shop which is a large modern facility with a reception area, offices, a customer waiting area, and several large high-ceiling work bays. Kevin gave me a grand tour of the facility including the PPF film CAD software cutting room, vehicle washing, PPF, and ceramic application bays. Later that day I received photos from the incoming vehicle inspection highlighting a few minor/typical new car manufacturers' paint flaws. When I returned to pick up my Audi it looked like a mirror.
