It’s been a great experience from receiving response to my inquiry email to getting front windshield tinted. Pleasantly surprised that the team got me in super quick and got the work done really fast. Def convenient as summer approaches. Makes a huge difference in UV protection and cabin temp control. With the way things are going so far, excited to get my M3LR wrapped in a couple of months from the team.
I do not recommend Tier 1 auto tinting, and here's why. I explained to them that I wanted the work to be done flawlessly, and that's why I paid a premium for their services. When we came to pick up the vehicle, they had not performed quality control to make sure everything was done correctly, and there were scrapes and bubbles on the window, that lasted beyond the two week settling period.
I brought the car back two more times, because they had not done quality control again, even though I specifically asked him to please look over the vehicle before releasing it. The third time we came, the vehicle still had scrapes on at least one window, and we just gave up. We don't know why the employees do not look at the vehicle, prior to releasing it, but it was a big burden to have to bring it a fourth time, and we needed the vehicle. We could not leave it there any longer. They could not provide transportation, and did not offer to come to where I was at to remedy the situation.
I will be looking for another company next time I need auto tinting. It's a shame, because I was looking forward to giving them more business. The staff seem to nice, but could not get the work done professionally.

Really a Top Tier experience and high quality tint job. They will treat you professionally and still friendly. They took time to come walk around my truck and talk about how I wanted the look and gave me advice on what shades to choose. The XR PLus XPEL film really rejects basically all the heat of the sun. You truly don't feel it anymore on your skin and the a/c doesn't work half as hard. Would recommend Tier 1 to anyone ready to get the best for their investment.

Tier 1 Autohaus did an excellent job with front end ppf and tinting the driver and passenger side windows on my new Tesla Model Y Launch Series! V was on top of everything and gave excellent communication from start to finish! I was impressed with how clean the car was when I picked it up and they scheduled me for a two week follow up to check everything. I would recommend Tier 1 Autohaus if you need ppf or tint!
Friendly, excellent work so I had 3 vehicles covered with XPEL and ceramic. Pricing is reasonable. They have excellent follow-up to look the vehicles over and correct and issues if they find something after curing.
Tier 1 Autohaus is the best. The sales manager “V” has unparalleled focus on customer service, something rare today. We did a total PPF wrap, Ceramic Coat, Ceramic Window Tint all around (including windshield and panoramic roof), and Window Protection Film. We encouraged them to take their time, but they still managed to get it done in 4 days. After curing, they will inspect the job to make sure there are no imperfections. I look forward to the same on my 2025 GX550 arriving in May!

Excellent results and quick turnaround time. Paint corrections are very time consuming and high attention to detail and the vehicle looks amazing. I was contacted for pickup before I had to even think about asking for an update, as well as being greeted as soon as I walked in. Very clean/modern facility which also gives you peace of mind. Highly recommended, Tony and Austin are very easy to work with.
Needed newer tint for my Corolla. Set up an appointment for the next day. Removed the old tint and replaced it with new tint. Very good job. Very friendly and professional over the phone as well as in person.

I had Tier 1 Autohaus do a front PPF on my 24 Colorado just under a year ago. I’m glad I did, has it has saved me a small fortune in constant touch up’s (I’m totally OCD:). As such, l decided to go with them for my 2025 GT line Kia 4. I basically got the same package l have on my truck. I’ll show you the pictures of the car, but you’re not going to really be able to see anything because they do such a good job! You absolutely can’t tell there’s a clear PPF protection on there! But, l can tell you this, their PPF is extremely high-quality and self healing. It really does help protect your vehicle from those annoying scratches, dings and pebbles that hit up on the front end of the hood and front end bumper areas. I’m not going to say their prices are cheap, because they’re not cheap as they’re very professional and the PPF is top quality. I will say the pricing is reasonable compared to other companies that I’ve compared them to. Their contact person “V“ is extremely knowledgeable! The pro installers are top of the line, and it shows in the finished product! I can’t recommend Tier 1 highly enough!

First place I took my new Tesla Model S Plaid. Tinted and ceramic coated, and looks great! V explained the different options and took great care of me.
This might be the best tint shop I’ve ever been to. After recently moving to Vegas, I needed a new tint shop to tint my 2024 Model X. The first shop I took it to couldn’t get it right. The seals in the car are beyond tight, and require someone that knows what they’re doing in order for the tint to actually adhere. After calling Tier1 and talking to V (who provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had) the shop got me in next day to remove the poorly installed tint and reapply new Xpel tint. The crushed it. Everything came out amazing, and they left the car cleaner than when I dropped it off. These guys know what they’re doing, and their services are worth every penny. Whether you need a wrap or tint, Tier1 is the absolute best in the valley.

Recently moved to Las Vegas and quickly realized I needed to tint my truck, since it was currently being parked outside. Met with V at Tier 1 and she went through all my options. I had them tint my entire truck, including the windshield. I couldn't be happier in my decision. I've only had it a few days, but can already feel the difference on how much cooler it is. I am going to have my wife's vehicle done as well. I definitely would recommend them great job and thanks V!
Hard to find really good customer service combined with really good products these days. I’m so incredibly pleased with the tint they did on my Tesla model 3. Other places wanted to charge upwards of $1,600. These guys were less than half of that. The communication was phenomenal, and the explanation of after care and other products was helpful as well. Solely based on their quality of work and fair pricing, I’m headed back to get the ceramic coating done later this month.
