Today I stopped at tronix to see if they could repair my remote car starter. I was told to check later in the day to see if they could accommodate me. A few hours later I spoke to Nick he told me to bring the car in. Upon arrival i spoke to Jim he had JR take my car into the shop and within 10 minutes my car remote starter was repaired. Tronics of toms River has outstanding customer service. Their staff is so personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business for all your car electronic needs!

I had an excellent experience at this place. I went to have a Remote Starter installed, and it turned out I already had a part installed that I didn’t know about. What impressed me the most was their honesty in letting me know and not charging me for something I didn’t need. Their professionalism and integrity are hard to find these days. I have been using Tronix for over 20 years with all my vehicles. Tinting, car audio, cosmetic part installations, remote car start, etc. I’ve always been treated kindly. The work done over the years by Vinnie, Junior, and Billy has been flawless. The very rare times there was a slight issue, it was immediately corrected. They’ve never over charged me or try to up-sale me just to make a buck. I value their honesty, integrity, and genuineness. They have also done quite a few things for my vehicles not especially in their scope. They completed the tasks without complaints and as always, fantastic. Had some accessories installed someone left a wet sponge on the front passenger seat. Made a square stain.called & spoke with someone they said it was water but it smelled like chemicals.

I had a great experience with them. I came in for a tint. I was explained my options and also quoted pricing. I ended up setting up an appointment. They said it would take about two hours for the tint, and they finished in just over an hour. The tint so far looks great! They also give you a lifetime warranty on the tint if there are any issues. The price that I was quoted was the price that I was charged. Very professional service and I would DEF recommend to others.

First i wanna say this place is awesome, friendly, competitively priced and just great all around. For christmas 1-2 years ago my daughter got me a remote start, and had it installed right after the new years. While i was there, i got myself a little sub system installed in the car as well. And man did they do an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC job with the install and still to this day if i have a problem i take my car there which have both been my fault (shorting a sub, and a fuse) but they took care of me.. i absolutely recommend this place to everyone talking about getting your car tinted to remote starts to systems installed i always tell them to go to tronix!!! I have been Using Tronix for my window tinting, alarms and auto start for a few years now. Always a professional job and never any issues other then One of my vehicles had minor issue with the rear tint, but as soon as I took my vehicle back to Tronix two years later they honored the warranty of their work without any issues. Would highly recommend.

I came here for years and have gotten 4 of my cars tinted here. Recently on my new car the back windshield bubbled after a few months which was weird because on all my cars that I had for years I never had an issue. I dug out my receipt and had it replaced under their warranty. Not even two months later it bubbled again. So I called and made an appointment to come back and have it fixed. I looked in my section that I keep ALL of my car related receipts. They never gave me back the receipt from when I had it replaced the first time. I called and told them this and they said they wouldn’t of kept it. They then said it would be $200 JUST FOR THE BACK WINDSHIELD. More than I paid for all 5. Not only are they liars but they are thieves. Go elsewhere because something has changed here.

Purchased an aftermarket starter and alarm with the intention of installing it myself, from Amazon. Life takes hold and now I don't have time. No one would install the product as it was not one of the ones they sell. These guys did. They do an amazing job. Very very clean install and everything works as it should. If I could give 10 stars I would.
What a terrible experience! I bought my son a gift certificate for Christmas to tint his driver side and passenger window. When I bought the gift certificate I spoke with the person at the counter and told them that I wanted the entire price included with tax. He gave me the gift certificate and when my son took his car, which, by the way is a 2006 jeep, they up sold him another $300. Regardless of their conversation he knew that this was a 2006 vehicle and should never have up sold him for a $500+ tint job. Nice job taking advantage of a 17 year old kid. Great business model, you should be proud!

I traveled 50 miles to get to this shop I dealt with Junior. He provided great advice and he went over and above in assisting me in getting my windows ceramic tinted. He also assisted with providing me information on Rims. I went ahead and got everything done within a day and half. Awesome experience very knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommended this place for your rims and window tinting needs.
Awesome Place!!! Excellent experience. Had my windows tinted this weekend. Quality work and service. They got me in and out as promised. Left happy and thought the job was great. An hour later they called to let me know they mistakenly used the wrong window film and offers a sincere apology and wanted to correct the mistake immediately. I went back the same day and they assigned two technicians to rectify the issue. I was in and out in a flash. For the record I was happy with the job in the first place and would never have known the difference. The owner made it a point to find me in the showroom and apologized personally. When I told him I wouldn’t have know the difference he replied “ we knew and our customers deserve nothing but the best” Add honesty and integrity to my list of reasons I would recommend them. My husband and I are building a truck in memory of my 5 year old that passed away, and everyone at Tronix was so accommodating when I asked for the windshield to be tinted in time for the truck show.
